The estimated timeline for a standard 500 sq. ft. basement remodel is between 13-16 business days. Tatari Construction will assign a project manager to oversee work done by each of our specialized crews: demolition, plumbing, electric, drywall/painting, flooring and carpentry. We have refined our process so that several tasks can be performed at once to ensure timely completion of your project. The last two days of your remodel will include final walk through, where you will help us to identify any remaining items or “touch ups.”
