Your bathroom estimate will include a detailed description of the work to be done and materials provided, as well as a list of the materials that you will need to choose. As a complimentary service, we offer 3D rendering, to help you visualize your project and the various options you have available. Since bathroom remodeling is one of our specialties, we are experts in handicapped-accessible bathrooms, multi-person showers, custom tile shower pans, built-in seats, recessed shampoo holders, detailed tile layouts, steam showers, a variety of faucet and jet configurations, frameless glass shower doors and glass blocks.
Your project start date and project duration will be specified in the work contract.
The estimated timeline for a standard 5' x 9' kitchen remodel is between 7-9 business days. Tatari Construction will assign a project manager to oversee work done by each of our specialized crews: demolition, plumbing, electric, drywall/painting, flooring and carpentry. We have refined our process so that several tasks can be performed at once to ensure timely completion of your project. The last day of your remodel will include final walk through, where you will help us to identify any remaining items or “touch ups.”
